I’ve been bugging management lately about six sigma. I think our company would benefit greatly from sigma six - we’ve suffered from serious efficiency issues lately.
I’ve been surfing the net looking at options for a href=”http://www.si6ma.com/six-sigma-green-belt-certification.php”>Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. It’s not cheap, that’s for sure, but the potential cost savings look like they might justify the price.
If my former business partner’s experience is any indication, six sigma could really make a big difference for us in terms of the bottom line.
