At the very outset most of the businesses think that any major training part should be outsourced. When it comes to project management courses however, it is strongly recommended that companies do the thing in-house. Expensive as it might look, internal project management courses have a number of advantages. First and biggest advantage is that the company's course would be developed according to the conditions and projects of the company. Secondly, it would make the overall training easier as employees can easily access the lessons on company intranet. You can also update the project management courses as the times change.

I’ve been bugging management lately about six sigma. I think our company would benefit greatly from sigma six - we’ve suffered from serious efficiency issues lately.
I’ve been surfing the net looking at options for a href=”http://www.si6ma.com/six-sigma-green-belt-certification.php”>Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. It’s not cheap, that’s for sure, but the potential cost savings look like they might justify the price.
If my former business partner’s experience is any indication, six sigma could really make a big difference for us in terms of the bottom line.

Ive been hearing a lot lately about six sigma. Supposedly it’s a great way to build your business into a more efficient operation. sigma six comes highly recommended from a number of people I respect.
a href=”http://www.si6ma.com/six-sigma-black-belt-certification.php”>Six Sigma Black Belt Certification looks like the way to go for us, although it will be a tough sell for upper management.
I know that six sigma was instrumental in the turnaround of a friend’s business. Hopefully it can do the same for us.

Since the introduction of the internet the ability to locate companies offshore has become a great deal easier. This has also resulted in the growth of outsourcing services. Many organizations are turning to outsourcing in Asia for the supply of manufacturing services and other essential business services. Often these companies have the knowledge and superior cost advantages to make this practice worthwhile. For US companies this translates to a substantial operating advantage through a direct reduction in their cost base.

An RFP and erp certification may already provide very specific information about what you want—in the case of ERP software, you may specify that the product calculates Accounts Receivable and Payable, keep track of payroll taxes, or something else.
Another option is to send out the RFP with more general guidelines, asking the bidding companies to specify more about their product in their submitted bid. You can even request that the bidding company provide information about itself, such as financial information so you can make sure they have the financial resources to provide the product or service you’re requesting.
