There are many different blog software programs to choose from and it can be difficult to know which one to go for. I recently downloaded a copy of some php blogging software with the intention to install in on the server. I had to go with a .php product because that is what is supported by my website host. This software was not free but has proven to be worthwhile because the additional built in features will save me a great deal of time when I am on the road.  

Do you find the idea of having to log into your blog to make a post a bit of a hassle? Many people do, and because of this there are several great blog posting software programs that are available that allow you to enter your posts from other locations and it will post it to your blog for you automatically. The great news is that many of these programs are not only easy to use and functional, but they are also typically free as well.
