We really need to overhaul our data security strategy. I’m concerned that our data is vulnerable to attacks from the outside. Our network just isn’t secure.
So I’ve started learning about Data Security Software on my own. I think a full blown worst case analysis might help to move things along - it might give the guys upstairs an idea of just how much damage could be done.
Next time my proposal gets rejected, I should get them to promise to stay up with me in the racks for as long as it takes to fix the next disaster that comes along. Maybe that will give them some perspective.
