Another one

Did you hear that he died ?.

Who died, I said.  The husband of Jane. The one who lives in the house with the large glass viewing panel.

Oh, that house I said. ( and still didn’t know, who died).

He had some pain, and went to see his Family Doctor, for a checkUP.

They ran some tests, & promptyly sent him off  to a specialist.

It seems that he was riddled with Cancer.  Just another case of some Bloke, who went for a checkUp,

years too late.  The women read those family health books , and duly go off for a regular checkUP.

The blokes never do.  They are the ones who get  prostate cancer,  and die of it.  -  Like this bloke did.

There is plently of prostate treatment ,  if only it gets found in time, But the blokes never gearound to it.

Too busy doing Bloke things.

Dying,  a Bloke thing. Don’t get a checkUp, no matter what you do.

A Bloke Thing. …. That’s all.

Compare Critical Illness Insurance

May 2nd, 2008 . by admin

Before you decide on which critical illness is best for you, you need to first and foremost get different quotes from various companies and compare them. This way you will be in a better position to see which suits you best.  It is beneficial to you to compare critical illness insurance policies and pick the most suitable one. Especially, look at the premium you have to pay and what is the sum assured at the time of the emergency. These are two very important things to look at.

Depression and Anxiety - Are They Blood Brothers

May 1st, 2008 . by admin

Depression is a problem condition that affects the lives of everyone around the person with the condition; however, this is not a case of a single condition but just an umbrella term for many. Even though there are number of types, they are all based around some issue in the life of the affected person that has never been resolved; although it is perfectly normal to be depressed on occasion. You just need to make sure that you're getting the help you need to overcome the problem; you need to be making the right decisions to get through the problems facing you and find out the cause and then deal with it.

Throughout our lives there will be many occasions when we will feel low in the same way that there are times when you feel really happy; this is not an indication of a medical condition, just normal human behavior because depression is something else entirely. Having a personal problem is one cause and it is easy for family life or any personal relationship to give rise to such problems; if you're having difficulties in dealing with an issue and you are 'stressed out', you will need to find a way out of it either naturally or with some form of anxiety medication. If you just try to ignore it and do not take any action, seek help or treatment, you may end up with more problems; a person end up feeling more helpless than they did before, and it becomes a vicious circle that must be broken.

Often the problem stems from a situation in the workplace which is unresolved or ongoing; in all probability this will lead to a situation where the person who is depressed may even have a panic attack. Together with this, you may also experience feelings of stress and unhappiness and become unsure how to handle problems; when they become so unhappy they cannot face even going to work a professional must intervene to end the mental conflict. Sometimes depression can be caused by an illness that causes a chemical imbalance in the body; where side-effects have created these feelings where no real problem exists.

There is a great deal of responsibility here on the person's doctor to keep a regular check on a patient who has been given medication where these symptoms can occur. One of the biggest problems is where the symptoms of depression do not seem to have any cause that can be discovered; this type of situation makes resolving the issues all the more difficult. The problem can arise when the person cannot see that a certain situation or event for instance, as the cause; if they cannot associate the cause with their condition then the way forward is made very hard.

One type of is called Manic Depression although the correct term is Bipolar Disorder; this particular condition can often leave the patient in a position of limbo for anything up to five years. When a person is unable to deal with their own issues, this condition will usually follow and at that point, provided they can admit they have a problem, something can normally be done. Find out the cause and then get the treatment required to make you feel better after treatment is started; the awful feelings that have been experienced for so long will eventually come to an end.

Hate to spend much on a set of hearing aids

March 10th, 2008 . by admin

I received a hearing test today from an audiologist. Everything through the test equipment sounded like I was in a tunnel or a large conference room. This is supposed to be the best test, but yet I can't hear well. He stuffed sponges and receivers in my ears and performed the test that way. I hate to spend over 5000 on another set of hearing aids. I live in seclusion and avoid people as much as I can and I'm losing hope.
