A language can never be constant. Languages are constantly changing with each passing day. Japanese is no exception to this rule of thumb. There are new characters and words that are being added to the language each day. So if you want to learn to write Japanese make sure that you learn these new characters too. These new words or characters are usually written in the Katakana script. These words are usually abbreviations and this is the reason why most people don’t understand it. So if you want to learn to write the language properly, make sure you learn these new words too.

When the audio files are received by the transcriptionist who is doing a medical transcription job it is his duty to first check the quality of the files received. If the files are corrupted in any way or if they do not open, it is possible that the data that is on the files cannot be accessed. Also, it is important for the person doing the medical transcription job to find out the format in which these files exist, so that a suitable program can be used to open it. In short, the person who is doing the medical transcription job needs to be computer savvy.
