Choosing our food items carefully can also reduce a lot of belly fat. There are some foods that help you lose stomach fat instead of gain it. You can include these in your diet and follow them religiously for good results. Fats are a strict no-no but healthy fats like those in nuts, olive oil, fish, etc can be eaten. In fact, they must be included because my doctor friend was of the opinion that those fatty acids helped in burning belly fat. Eat all kinds of protein rich diet and low carbohydrate stuff. Eggs, fish, meat, natural fruits not sweetened or canned by any chance are the right choice.
