With every new listing comes a brand new situation. Having a Alberta real estate license does not mean that an agent has all of the answers. As a real estate agent I am always asking for advice from my broker as to how to handle different situations with clients. I try never to take it upon myself to make judgements without checking with my boss. Having a broker that is there for you and who wants to know what is going on is very important. I like my broker because she always lets her agents know she is there to help and answer questions.
