I have a passion for cooking and hope to work as a chef in the hospitality industry. I have enrolled in a California culinary school to get the necessary training that I need. The great thing about this course is that I will learn first hand from industry professionals. There is also background technical instruction and training as part of the course requirements. I am really looking forward to the simulated live working environment which prepares you for a typical work day as a chef in a restaurant environment.
